Masala Dosa is traditional break fast recipe from southern part of india ,Masala dosa is made with rice and lentils (Daal) with stuffing of potato and relish with coconut chutney .
The combination of this Coconut chutney with gun powder sprinkle on dosa always tastes best ,coconut chutney is tangy with tamarind and sweetness of coconut with spicy green chillies will relish your taste buds to the next level .
Dosa is gluten free and dairy free its full of proteins and low in calories
Method of making Masala Dosa batter
Rice 2 cups
Urad Daal 1 cup
Chana daaal 1/4 cup
fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Wash above ingredients and soak for 5 hours, after 5 hrs grind it make it a batter leave it overnight to ferment
Gun powder (PODI) Recipe
Cumin seeds (zeera) 2tbs
coriander seeds 2 Tbs
black pepper corn 1 Tbs
curry leaves handfull
fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
urad daal 1 tsp
dried chilli pepper 8 nos
mustard seeds 1 tsp
garlic 10
tamarind without seeds 1 tbs
chana daal 1 tsp
Dry roast the spices in a flat bottom pan and grind it powder and keep it aside .
Recipe for Coconut chutney
coconut diced 1 no's
chana daal 2 Tbs
mint & cilantro handful
green chillies 4
garlic 5
cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tamarind 1 tsp
Coconut chutney tempering i have taken 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, few curry leaves and dried red chillies
Aloo bhurta (Gravy of potato)
Five potato boiled and peeled then smash it to make paste then add tempering on top
heat oil in a pan add diced onions with some spices mix it well please check the recipe of bhurta in video .
Best kulfi recipe ever i made this for my kids every summer ,its very delicious creamy and rich in flavour . Recipe for badam pista kulfi
milk : 750 ml
condensed milk : 1 Can
Whipping cream : 1 cup
Sugar : 1/2 cup
almond : 2 Tbs
Pista : 2 Tbs
Kesar (saffron sticks) - 10 to 15 sticks

Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan add saffron sticks mix it well and heat milk until it reduces from 750 ml to 500 ml then add can of condensed milk with whipcream .mix it well and let it cook for few minutes once this gets to thick consistency add sugar with bread crumbs & top it off with pista powder and almond powder let this mixture cool off and then transfer this in to the moulds ,freeze it overnight and next morning Yummy & creamy Pista kesar badam kulfi is ready .
Sindhi biryani is full of masala biryani made with shan masala and whole garam masala ,with hints of coriander and mints leaves .its a unique recipe from punjab its eid special recipe .
its cooked with gravy full cooked with tomatoes and yogurt with whole garam masala spices
ingredients for sindhi biryani :

200 cooking oil
250 onion fried
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
chilli powder 1 tbs
shaan masala sindhi biryani one packet
yogurt 250 gm
bay leaves 2 nos
cinnamon stick 2 sticks
cardamom - 5 pods
black cumin 1 tbs
chicken 1 kg
basmati rice 1 kg
cooked rice 90% well done for gravy add all masala and chicken cook it on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes once done keep it aside
after this step layer of rice with chicken is cooked for 10 minutes and sindhi biryani is ready to be served
Hyderabadi Khorma or Qorma is originally made from the period of qutubs or mughals in the city of Hyderabad ,its a delicacy that is made with the goodness of the yogurt and creaminess of dry fruits paste with hints of aroma of spices of whole garam masala,since its a recipe that has dry foods and all healthy elements as an ingredients it is called as Shahi Khorma .
The recipe of Hyderabadi Khorma consists of three major steps Step 1 Dry roast Masala Step 2 Frying onions Step 3 Cooking Khorma for Finest paste or gravy and garnishStep 1 :The recipe of Hyderabadi Shahi qorma we will need to roast :
Dry roast all the above ingredients for frying we need one big size onion diced and then fried
Step 2 :Frying Onions :Once onion turns golden brown remove it from oil now we will grind the roasted nuts
Step 3 :Cooking method for hyderabadi shahi qorma by hyderabadi relish
Add cooking oil in a pan and heat it up on a medium flame once done ,now we will add whole garam masala and fry it for some time after this step add the grinder roasted masala paste to this mixture once done saute it on medium low flame .
this time we will add chicken to this mixture and saute it on medium flame and let it cook for another 15 minutes after this we add spices chilli powder 2 tablespoon,ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon,turmeric powder 1 tsp and saute it on high flame by mixing in between so that it won't stick at the bottom. please check the video recipe of Qorma
after this step you see oil on the side of pan its about time that qorma is perfectly cooked its the time to add chopped cilantro,chopped mint to the gravy and simmer it for about 10 minutes.
now after 10 minutes you will smell aroma of all spices and our delicious hyderabadi qorma is ready to be served.
Peri Peri Is a recipe of chicken from south africa its a recipe full of peppers and spices .The chicken is marinated in peri peri sauce thats available in marketsIn this recipe of Peri Peri Chicken i am making home made sauce that was prepared by me i have tasted and verified it with the taste of restaurants its nearly perfect to that extent .subscribe to my channel HyerabadiRelish
There are three steps in making this peri peri recipe
we need peri peri sauce ,we will make peri peri sauce
for that we require jalapenos (8-10 in number) full size mdeium onion (diced)
garlic 5-8 pods,cilantro a bunch
grind all the ingredients in grinder
make it paste now add peprika powder 2 tbs,
1 tbs all purpose flour (maida),salt to taste ,lemon juice medium size,oregano powder 1 tbs,black pepper 1 tbs,2 tbs olive oil mix it with the paste of ppeppers,then heat the masala for 5 minutes on medium low then our marinade is ready to be applied on chicken
Step 2 :Cutting chicken for marinade of Peri Peri Masala :
Make small cuts on chicken leg quarters and rub the paste of masala we made earlier
and rub inside the cuts we made so that masala goes deeper to the bone of the chicken
and let the marinated chicken pieces be marinated for 2 hours
Tip :use meat tenderiser if you want chicken to cook fast
step 3 frying the chicken pieces for Peri Peri
on medium low flame fry the chicken pieces on one side for 10 minute
flip it and repeat the same for other side
Cook it well until you see chicken is tender from inside
For Flavoured rice :
Saute onion light brown in olive oil add ginger garlic paste garam masala (bay leaf,4 cloves,green cardamom 4 ,black pepper 5 pods fry it in oil add water after 5 of frying,add 2 cups of basmati rice fry it with the masala,then add 4 cups of water and cook it on medium high then when you see water is drying out low it to low flame see the rice get soft texture and enjoy.
Hyderabadi breakfast is mainly with IDLY and Dosa ,Idly is one of the famous and healthy recipe of breakfast its very light with no Carbs its a diet followed by most dietitian.

1 Cup Brown Rice -soaked in water for 6 hours3/4 cup Urad daal -soaked in water 6 hoursgrind it to paste separately and mix it together let it stay overnight to get fermented overnight
To this mixture add salt mix it well pour this batter in IDLY maker and wait for 15 minutes on low flame after 15 minutes Brown Rice IDLY is ready to be served.
For Peanut Chutny i took one cup peanut roasted without skin , we will need 5 garlic pods ,4 green chillies and cilantro herb half bunch for tempering we will need mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves grind peanuts coriander garlic and green chillies grind it thick paste slowly adding water to it now add salt to taste for tempering heat little oil in small pan add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves pour this temper oil on top of peanut chutny,Peanut Chutney is ready to be served.

In this recipe i have taken 3 avocado removed the shells and scrape out the pulp of avocado .
Guacamole recipe can be eaten without cooking it can be eaten raw since its mixture of veggies,lemon and spices .
Step one for Guacamole :Guacamole is made in this recipe with 3 avocado ,1/2 tomato (no seeds),one small chopped onion ,3 garlic chopped and handful of cilantro herb .
Grind All ingredients of step 1 to make this guacamole recipe to paste then dish out and garnish with half lemon juice .

Paneer 65 recipe is one of most delicious and mouth watering recipes from Hyderabad ,In this Recipe I will show you how to make restaurant style Hyderabad paneer 65 its very easy to make and its great recipe and can be served with chapati ,naan and fried rice .
Hyderabadi Paneer 65 is very healthy recipe, its made with spices and sauces .the flavour of paneer 65 is bit of spicy but not too much spicy and we can adjust the spice level according to your taste.
Hyderabadi paneer 65 recipe is divided in two parts one is marinate of paneer and prepare sauce for the gravy .firstly lets prepare marinate first cut the paneer into cubes I have taken 350 gm to that's good for 3 adults .Add Paprika powder ,garam masala, coriander powder corn flour ,oil and little water ,water helps this recipe to marinade all masala .
next step is let the marinated paneer stay for half hour in marinade mixture then we shallow fry it not deep fry, it will be on healthy side .fry it until golden brown flip the sides repeat the same process. Once it fried keep it aside
final steps for sauce or gravy fry curry leaves,garlic,onion and bell peppers and slit green chillies shallow fry it for about 4 minutes then add 2 table spoon Chilli garlic paste then add 100 gm of yogurt with one teaspoon corn flour and food colour then we mix this until combined .Pour Fried paneer in that sauce and simmer it for 2 minutes and garnish it with spring onions .

Fish Fry Recipe Healthy Way,if you fry fish deep in oil it will loose its flavour it will be no taste so i am going to make this in a healthy way
How to make healthy fish fry at home in less oil.
This recipe of fish fry is very healthy and you will get good taste and delicious flavours with hints of spices, Fish very recipe my way of making fish fry at home in a quick, simple and healthy way. For this Recipe I have taken boneless fish Tilapia.
First wash the fish thoroughly add little white vinegar if the fish has smell
Next add spices salt ,Cornflour 3 teaspoon, pepper, all purpose seasoning and lemon (one medium sized) and marinate it for half hour
Next now after marinate in a heavy bottom frying pan drizzle some oil and start placing the fish pieces and fry it golden brown and dish out once ready to serve .
In this Fish Fry recipe we are not deep frying the fish its shallow fry that makes it more flavourful and delicious fish is ready

Hyderabadi Kheema can be made with just spices and no vegetables but it wont give you that flavour of hyderabadi kheema .
In this recipe of hyderabadi kheema i have added veggies
Ingredients
Minced Beef 250 gm
ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
green cardamom 5 buds
cinnamon sticks - 2 small
Bay leaves 2 leaves
onions diced 2 medium sized
chilli powder 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
oil 2 TBS
salt 1 tsp
dried fenugreek leaves (garnish) 1 TBS
cilantro handfull
green chillies 2
water 2 cups
In a bowl add oil fry onions add all ingredients fry it until golden brown add water close the lid of pan let it sit on stove on medium flame for 10 minutes.stir it well on low flame until minced beef drys out and simmer it for 15 minutes you can see oil on side of pan in Minced beef ,Now add fenugreek dried leaves to garnish
Hyderabadi kheema (Minced Beef ) is ready to served enjoy it with chapati or khicdi

Hyderabadi masala fish fry is one of delicious recipes from hyderabad .Hyderabadi fish fry can be eaten with any gravy and as starter as well in dinners.
in this recipe of hyderabadi masala fish fry i have taken Tilapia Fish cut as shown in video . i have made slits on whole fish to get the marinate inside fish .
In a bowl take two tsp red chilli powder,half tsp salt,1 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp zeera powder,2 tsp ginger garlic paste ,half lemon juice,pinch of red food color,one tsp oil and few drops of water.
one tsp oil,now mix everything to make it paste add few pinch of food color and few drops of water make it a thick paste now we will apply our marinade to fish,make sure all masala should go in the cuts of the fish ,for 2 fishes this masala is good .
Next the marinade is complete next is to fry the fish we will fry the fish I have taken pan and heat the oil we can deep fry and shallow fry ,I am shallow frying .
In this recipe of Hyderabadi Masala Fish ,Fry on medium to low flame on both sides our Masala Fish Fry is ready, its yummy and delicious as you can see garnish with cilantro and some lemon juice on top .

Hyderabadi chicken biryani is one of the world famous recipes that has been delighting the people with its culinary value and its flavour
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is one of the most flavourful and delighted recipes from Hyderabad. Biryani can be made with two methods one with raw meat (chicken or Lamb with bones) and other one is Cooked meat with spices. The authentic Hyderabadi Biryani flavours comes with raw meat with hints of spices and fried onions.
The authentic taste of Biryani from Hyderabad comes with rice and fried onions. Correct amounts of all spices selecting long grain rice with raw spices makes it a good combination .
In this Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani the ingredients we used is good for 6 plates of biryani (6 people).its basically divided in 5 steps follows the ingredients below
Basmati Rice 1kg Yogurt : 250Gm Cooking oil:250Gm Yellow Onions :250gm
Milk : one cup Saffron : 10 sticks green cardamom :7 pieces
Cinnamon sticks : 5 small sticks Bay leaf : 3 leaves black cumin seeds (shahi zeera) :2 spoons ginger garlic paste : 3 spoons
lemon juice :1 big lemon salt : 2 spoons (according to taste)
Red chilli powder : 3 spoons Turmeric powder :2 spoons chopped coriander and mint with 3 green chilies
Soak Basmati rice for 1 hour before you start frying onions.
Step 1 :Marinate for Hyderabadi chicken Dum biryani :
In a big Pan add 1 kg of chicken rub the chicken with the ginger garlic paste to this mixture add shahi zeera (black cumin seeds),green cardamom, 3 cinnamon sticks, salt, red chilli powder ,turmeric powder, chopped cilantro, chopped mint and green chilies set it aside for 1 hour .
Step 2 :Fry 250 gm of onions finely sliced till golden brown in 250 gm oil now remove the onions once done from oil and set it aside .let the onions cool off so it get crunchy texture.
step 3 : add fried onions to step one marinade and the left over oil from frying also mixed with marinade .
Step 4 : process of Dum :In a heavy bottom pan add 4 litre water add 2 cinnamon sticks,3 bay leaves, Shahi zeera (black cumin seeds) ,4 drops of lemon juice ,salt to taste and 2 spoons of oil .oil and lemon helps to cook rice evenly .let the water boil with lid closed once boiled add 1 kg of basmati rice and cooked it for about 8 to 10 minutes once rice is cooked 70% (rice will breaks little hard ) strain the water from it and set it aside.
Step 5 : Add marinated chicken from step3 to heavy bottom pan on top that marinate add rice that was set aside pour one cup of milk with saffron pieces to top off .close lid and cook it on high flame after 5 minutes you see steam coming out of pan then lower the flame to medium low and wait 20 minutes .after 20 minutes remove the lid and poke spatula to bottom of pan see it should come out dry that shows that Biryani is cooked and ready to be served.
Garnish the Hyderabadi Biryani with Fried onions on top and serve it with Raita .Yummy and Delicious Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Is ready.

please watch the whole video till the end then you will be perfect in making this recipe, Hyderabadi khadi daal is made with masoor daal (pink lentils) the recipes is made with dice onions ,tomato ,green chillies and ginger garlic paste .
first heat the oil in a pan,add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it till light translucent then add tomato and fry it till tomato is well cooked with lid closed .
Next step is to add spices (turmeric powder ,mirchi powder (chilli powder) and add soaked pink lentil (masoor daal) with half cup water to the mixture of spices and simmer it for 10 minute with the lid close
once the lentil is soften its ready to be served dont forget to add Ghee or Butter for better taste ,garnish with Dried Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) and enjoy
