Kheema (minced beef) is one of the most delighted recipes from Hyderabad.This is a very simple and full of flavour recipe Hyderabadi Kheema can be made with lots of variations its one of authentic recipe of Hyderabad.the recipe of Hyderabadi kheema can be made spicy by adding peppers with fried onions ,another way of making hyderabadi Kheema is with yogurt,spices and infused with burning charcoal smell .
Ingredients Minced Beef 250 gm ginger garlic paste 2 tsp green cardamom 5 buds cinnamon sticks - 2 small Bay leaves 2 leaves onions diced 2 medium sized chilli powder 2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp oil 2 TBS salt 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (garnish) 1 TBS cilantro handfull green chillies 2 water 2 cups In a bowl add oil fry onions add all ingredients fry it until golden brown add water close the lid of pan let it sit on stove on medium flame for 10 minutes.stir it well on low flame until minced beef drys out and simmer it for 15 minutes you can see oil on side of pan in Minced beef ,Now add fenugreek dried leaves to garnish Hyderabadi kheema (Minced Beef ) is ready to served enjoy it with chapati or khicdi Check my other recipes Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani https://youtu.be/cUqSkzsziq0 If you liked my recipe please Like ,share and subscribe to my channel HyderabadiRelish
