200 cooking oil
250 onion fried
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
chilli powder 1 tbs
shaan masala sindhi biryani one packet
yogurt 250 gm
bay leaves 2 nos
cinnamon stick 2 sticks
cardamom - 5 pods
black cumin 1 tbs
chicken 1 kg
basmati rice 1 kg
cooked rice 90% well done for gravy add all masala and chicken cook it on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes once done keep it aside
after this step layer of rice with chicken is cooked for 10 minutes and sindhi biryani is ready to be served
