Hyderabadi Khadi Daal recipe | How to make Hyderabadi Khadi Daal . Hyderabadi khadi daal is easy to make will be prepared in 20 minutes of time, hyderabadi khadi daal is a breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe.
Hyderabadi Khadi Daal is very easy & delicious, it is made from masoor daal (pink lentils). Khadi Daal is one of staple breakfast recipe from Hyderabad, it can be made in different variations. Hyderabadi khadi daal is a breakfast recipe which is garnished and served with Chapati.
Hyderabadi khadi daal is the authentic recipe that originates from the period of 1920,it was the staple food of that century. Hyderabadi khadi daal can be made in lots of variations, in this recipe of hyderabadi khadi daal I have used dried fenugreek leaves to enhance the flavour of the recipe with hints of spices and tomatoes gives nutty taste to this recipe
First method :it can be made just with onion and tomato with green chillies, this is just plain flavour, the method which I am showing you is authentic hyderabadi khadi daal has lots of flavour
This recipe we are going to make Hyderabadi khadi dal this is a breakfast recipe its very delicious and low in calorie it can be eaten with chapati and parata .

please watch the whole video till the end then you will be perfect in making this recipe, Hyderabadi khadi daal is made with masoor daal (pink lentils) the recipes is made with dice onions ,tomato ,green chillies and ginger garlic paste .
first heat the oil in a pan,add onions and ginger garlic paste saute it till light translucent then add tomato and fry it till tomato is well cooked with lid closed .
Next step is to add spices (turmeric powder ,mirchi powder (chilli powder) and add soaked pink lentil (masoor daal) with half cup water to the mixture of spices and simmer it for 10 minute with the lid close
once the lentil is soften its ready to be served dont forget to add Ghee or Butter for better taste ,garnish with Dried Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) and enjoy
