Recipe of hyderabadi Seviyon (Vermicelli) Dessert in canada is made to perfection in Hyderabadirelish .Hyderabadi Seviyon ka meetha is dessert recipe specially made in Bakrid (Eidul adha) it is also called as Vermicelli dessert made with milk and its products


This dessert of vermicelli is made with whole products from milk i am using 3% Milk full fat milk ,i have made solidified milk from full fat (khoya) .Firstly vermicelli is dry roast for quite some time approximately (5 minutes) on low flame

once the vermicelli turn golden we add other ingredients

Cooking time 15 minutes

Vermicelli 200 gm
One cup Milk 
Saffron sticks or Orange food color
Sugar 120 gm (lower the amount if you dont like that sweet)
Sliced almonds 10 
Clarified Butter 4 tbs
Khoya (solidified Milk) 100gms
