Method of Making Restaurant Style Beef Harees or Haleem Recipe

Beef Harees or Haleem is one of the delighted recipes that mostly served in the month of ramzan or ramadan
It has big reason as science perspective it has high nutrition value it keeps you full for longer perioed of time
Another reason this beef harees or Hareesa (arabic version of Harees) is mostly fed in fasting month of ramadan since its a one pot recipe and it is made easily whole spices and herbs cooked to perfection in closed pot

Making of Beef harees or Haleem is process that involves 3 important steps

1.Cooking Lentils as a base
2.Making marinade of to beef
3.Mixing up and grinding it to paste

Firstly the grains (lentils,oats & barley) soaked washed and then pressure cooked to form a thick paste of grains with no spices.

Second thing is to marinade any meat (Chicken ,Lamb meat & Beef) In this recipe of Beef harees i have marinated with whole spices with ginger garlic paste and this recipe must be cooked with clarified butter (no Oil) once the gravy is cooked with the meat then we will marinade this with paste of grains 

Lastly we have mixed all meat with paste of grains then grind it to fine paste once done garnish it gravy of meat top it off with mint with cilantro and lemon juice to garnish 
Serve it hot and enjoy restaurant style Beef Harees
