How to make spanish Omelette recipe

Spanish omelette or Tortilla Espanola is a potato recipe dish that can be enjoyed , as a starter or Brunch recipe in your picnic.Spanish omelette recipe is made with beaten eggs with potatoes mixture and spices.

In this recipe i am adding some tweaks to ultimate spanish omlette by adding fried onions,potatoes green chillies and peppers with cheese added in the marinade

This recipe cooking time is around 15 minutes after prep time,so overall cooking time for spanish omlette is 25 minutes .
method of making Spanish omlette with ingredients

Potatoes cubed 
onions cubed
Cooking oil
chilli peppers
black peppers
mozarella cheese
4 eggs

firstly before we begin to prepare base of the recipe of omlette ,fry onions and potatoes lightly cooked in cooking for about 11 minutes on medium low flame,once cooked check for potatoes it should be tender from inside and bit crispy from outside this is perfect for the crust of omlette.

Next step of making spanish omelette (Tortilla de Patata )
Batter of eggs with peppers and spices whisk it well and combine with the fried onions and potatoes once done lets cook the eggs on medium low flame till you get light brownish texture for the crust and flip the eggs on the other side untill fully cooked .
Now dish out the omlette fluffy ,cheesy and delicious Tortilla de patata is ready to be served.
