APOLLO FISH recipe made with fish and Indian spices its one of the most delighted recipes from Hyderabad so its given name as Hyderabadi Apollo Fish.
Apollo fish recipe is made with Indian spices with Chinese chilli garlic sauce.

Apollo fish is crispy from outside and soft flaky from inside. The recipe is made with chilli garlic sauce with soya sauce dressing.

Apollo fish recipe ingredients

Ginger powder 1tsp

Garlic powder 1tsp

Chilli powder 1 tbs

Coriander powder 1tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Salt as per taste

Cornflour powder 4 tbs

Tilapia boneless 200gm

Red food colour 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice 1/2 cup

Mix well and add half glass of water marinate fish pieces and wait for half hour

Now we will air fry fish for 8 minutes at 



325 f on one side and flip on other side repeat the same

Now for gravy we will need diced onions cooking oil and one capsicum

Add 1 tbs of cooking oil heat it on medium flame then add diced onion and diced capsicum sauté it for 5 minutes then add chilli garlic sauce with 1 tbs soya sauce.

After this step of making sauce for apollo fish we add black pepper powder 1 tbs with salt to taste sauté it then we will add the air fried fish let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Once done cooking after 5 minutes nice and crispy hyderabadi apollo fish is ready to serve

Double ka Meetha recipe i made with no Oil and i have not added any extra sugar its just sugar from milk made i am adding it has sugar already .

double ka meetha no oil no sugar recipe is far better than any other recipe on here ,its very unique since i have not added any oil to fry bread instead i have toasted bread in toaster for healthy reasons

ingredients of Double ka Meetha no oil no sugar (Desert made with bread and milk with dry fruits) Milk 500 ML Milk Maid 1/2 can Almonds 10 pieces Pistachios 10 pieces Bread 6 loafs saffron sticks few sticks method of making hyderabadi double ka meetha no oil no sugar Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan add some saffron sticks reduced it to half quantity . grind dry fruits in to powder and add it to milk after this step of making desert of shahi tukda add 1/2 can of milk maid (sweetened condensed milk) and let it cool off to get a runny consistancy toast 6 loafs of bread and cut into 4 pieces and arrange bread pieces into baking sheet and add milk we made on top of the bread let it cool off and see that all milk is absorb by the bread and garnish this bread dipped in milk with dry fruits powder . #DoubleKaMeetha #Hyderabadidessert #hyderabadidoublekameetha yummy & delicious double ka meetha is ready to relish your taste buds .

Hyderabadi Tahari recipe is very simple and easy to make at home with the ingredients that are available in your kitchen ,Tahari recipe is made with different variations with choice of meat that is chicken,Mutton gosht (lamb) & beef

Authentic Hyderabadi Taste comes with mutton  gosht (lamb ) with whole Garam masala .Hyderabadi tahari that i made in this video is very flavourful and made very quick as in cooking time is about 25 minutes.





Hyderabadi Tahari gosht Ingredients

Cooking Oil                   -    3 Tbs
Diced Onions                -     medium
ginger garlic paste       -     2 Tbs
green chilli paste          -      6  no's
Salt                                  -     to Taste   
red chilli powder            -     1 tbs
turmeric                           -      1/4 tsp
mutton   gosht(lamb)              -      1/2 Kg
yogurt                                -      100 gm
garam masala                   -      1 tsp
tomato                                  -     2 big size
water                                      -     2 glass
Rice                                         -     1/2 kg
masoor daal   (pink lentil)    -      2 tbs
black cumin seeds                 -  1/2 tsp
lemon juice                               -  1  big lemon
Chopped mint                            - handful
Chopped cilantro                       -  Handful

Method of making hyderqbadi Tahari 


Add 3 tbs of cooking oil fry onions light golden brown add ginger garlic paste saute it to golden colour.

This step is to add green chilli paste with turmeric chilli powder and salt mix it to form a gravy consistency .

In this step we add tomatoes let it cook for few minutes and then we add mutton and saute it for 5 minutes then add 1 glass of water to this gravy and pressure cook this mixture for about 5 whistles on medium low .

After 5 whistles add lemon juice with Garam masala .


Now it's the time to add rice with pink lentils and mix it well then add 2 glass of water and let it cook for 15 minutes till the water dried out 


Once water is drys out our Tahari is ready to be served
